You have  30 days calendar  days to return  an item  from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received, you item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipts or the proof of purchase; tracking number failure to do so may delay the processing of your return.


Once we have received your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received   the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If the returns are approved   we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 15 days depending on your card issuer’s policy.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.

Shipping costs are non –refundable, if you receive a refund the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged items

To ensure that we are providing our customers with the best quality service, all products are reviewed prior to shipment.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by courier in transit; if you feel you received a damaged item during transit please contact us immediately to issue out a claim.
